They are a great fit for anyone who would like to learn basic skills or consider new approaches to improve their ability to manage stress, cope with adversity or improve their life. Led by Counseling and Mental Health Services - USC Student Health
Workshops run throughout the entire semester on both Wednesdays and Thursdays. The same topics repeat each month:
Wednesdays
1st: Improve your Mood - steps to feel better
2nd: Be Resilient and Thrive
3rd: First Semester Trojans: Adjusting to College at USC
4th: Using Emotions Wisely - be more effective
5th: (only some months) Procrastinators Anonymous
Thursdays
1st: Stress Management– tools to manage inevitable life stress
2nd: Managing Emotions – skills to manage difficult emotions
3rd: Calm Your Anxiety– tools to manage anxiety and worry
4th: Build Healthy Relationships
5th: (only some months) Preventing Perfectionism and Academic Anxiety
