The grind doesn’t stop in the classroom. USC Rec Sports and Nike are teaming up to bring you the Extra Credit Workout Series! Starting Wednesday, October 15, this exclusive lineup of high-energy workouts is designed to challenge every Trojan. From strength and speed to endurance, each session meets you where you are and pushes you further.
Led by Nike Trainers, every class features Nike’s latest training and running gear, plus surprise drops you won’t want to miss.
Spots are limited, so sign up early and bookmark this link to check for new class openings throughout the semester.
Class Lineup:
10/15 – Extra Set: Go for more with Nike LA Trainer Salu Gbla.
10/19 – Extra Speed: A track night where fast meets fun with Sam Dirks.
10/22 – Extra Spot: Partner-powered strength training with Mackenzie Ross.
11/2 – Extra Miles: A 5K run led by Nike Run Coach René Wiley. All levels welcome.
11/12 – Extra Credit: Overtime: A final, high-energy session celebrating your hard work all semester.
