At the next discussion of this six-part series, we will discuss some thought-provoking questions about how far our solidarity goes and introduce some strategies to manage fatigue as we embark on the lifelong journey of being anti-racist. Many of us are eager to take specific actionable steps to improve Division culture and inclusion. In an upcoming faculty meeting, we will be introducing some ideas for future anti-racism discussion and action groups.
