Humanity continues to face geopolitical turbulences in the face of violence, leaving a devastating effect on economic activity. Come hear about business growth and entrepreneurship amid violent conflict in Artsakh, focusing on governance of businesses in the region and their strategic shifts (including relocation) in the aftermath of the 2020 Artsakh War.
Knar Khachatryan is a visiting Fulbright Scholar at Auburn University, Alabama. She is the Vice-Provost for Integration and Associate Professor in the College of Business and Economics at American University of Armenia. Her scholarly activity focuses on financial inclusion, poverty, gender and conflict studies. Dr. Khachatryan holds a Doctorate in Economics from University of Cote d’Azur, France.
