The intent of the Lunch Panel is to educate and inspire students and to discusss the hard-won lessons learned first-hand from both Ellen Stutzman and Duncan Crabtree-Ireland the Chief Negotiators involved in the historic Entertainment Industry negotiations in 2023. The panel will discuss diversity in negotiations, collective bargaining, terms and conditions, and interim agreements.
