Join us on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, for the inaugural meeting of the USC-Huntington Early Modern Studies Institute European Literature Seminar. Shannon McHugh, Assistant Director of Research at the Huntington Library, will lead this seminar session. Dr. McHugh is a specialist in Italian and French Renaissance literature and gender. Her seminar paper is titled "Globalizing Petrarch: Vittoria Colonna, Marguerite de Navarre, Francisca de Briviesca y Arellano, and Aemilia Lanyer."
