Hannah Murphy, Senior Lecturer in Early Modern History and Director of the Centre for Early Modern Studies at King's College, London, leads the USC-Huntington Early Modern Studies Institute European History Seminar on Friday, December 6. Professor Murphy specializes in the history of science and medicine in early modern Europe and the history of early modern medical practitioners and practical structures of "race-making."
