The USC-Huntington Early Modern Studies Institute American Origins Seminar will host a meeting with Karin Wulf, Beatrice and Julio Mario Santo Domingo Director and Librarian, John Carter Brown Library, and Professor of History, Brown University, on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Professor Wulf is a historian of gender, family, and politics in eighteenth-century British America. Her seminar paper title is "Lineage: Genealogy and the Power of Connection in Early America."
