Sid Kankanala is Assistant Professor of Econometrics and Statistics at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. His research interests are in econometrics, with a primary focus on economic models with endogenous variables and latent unobservables. His research has been published in the Review of Economic Studies and Bernoulli.

Prior to joining Booth, Sid received a PhD in economics from Yale University. He also holds a MSc in mathematics and a BA in Economics and Mathematics, both from McGill University.
