Free EventIt’s EcoMonday! What’s that you ask? It’s just one of our Residential Dining sustainability initiatives to help in the fight against climate change.
You won’t find any red meat on Mondays in the residential dining halls, which is just one way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. While we encourage you to enjoy a meatless meal, poultry and seafood are still served.
Check out one of the many vegan or vegetarian options throughout the 3 dining halls (EVK, Parkside, and USC Village Dining Hall)! Reminder- the USC Village Dining Hall has a 100% plant based station.
