“EatWell Bites” is a nutrition education series providing practical tips, hands-on demonstrations, and resources to help you make balanced food and lifestyle choices. Faculty and staff are invited to join the virtual 30-minute webinars, held at 12:15 p.m. on the second Thursday of January, then the first Thursday of each month, February through May.

They will provide practical tips and insights on shopping and preparing healthy food without breaking the bank in addition to a live cooking demo. Learn about cost-effective culinary choices and cooking techniques that prioritize flavor and wellness!
