To achieve your goals, whether that’s to lose weight or gain wealth, research shows you’ll be more successful by harnessing the power of habits rather than relying on willpower. The fascinating science of how we form habits, and how they can help us make the changes we seek, is the focus of Wendy Wood’s three decades of research. Author of Good Habits, Bad Habits and Provost Professor of Psychology and Business at USC Dornsife, Wood is one of the world’s foremost experts on the science of habits. Find her on Twitter @ProfWendyWood.
Tara Parker-Pope, founding editor of The New York Times’ consumer health site Well and Emmy-winning creator of the video series “Life, Interrupted,” will interview Wood and field your questions for her. Find Parker-Pope on Twitter @taraparkerpope.
