The Dornsife Connection Event Series, which will take place throughout the first four weeks of the fall semester, will introduce you to Dornsife staff, faculty, and peers who can serve as resources as you build community and navigate your first semester.
This week's topic is Health and Wellness. We hope you're already aware of the resources available to you through the Student Health Center and Student Counseling Services. Our event will focus on the social-emotional aspects of health and wellness. Hear from members of the Dornsife community who are looking out for your well-being. Learn how to practice chair yoga, a fun way to take a break from class after class on Zoom. Get some tips on mindfulness from a Thrive course instructor and Mindful USC. We hope to build on your self-care tools to help you this semester and beyond.
