CPF Fellows Reince Priebus and Arnon Mishkin discuss polling and its ability or inability to predict voting outcomes as the country approaches another presidential election year in 2024. This in-person and virtual event takes place on Wednesday, September 20 at 5:00 p.m. PST in TCC 227.

Reince Priebus is the President of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, a nationwide law firm with more than 260 attorneys. He had been the youngest ever Chairman of the Wisconsin Republican Party and then became the longest-serving chairman of the Republican National Committee in modern history. He later became the White House Chief of Staff for the Trump Administration.

Arnon Mishkin leads the Fox News Election Decision Team, which is responsible for analyzing election and polling results and developing models to project election outcomes. Following the 2016 election, Mishkin led an effort to develop the Fox News Voter Analysis/AP VoteCast, which is the first alternative to the “exit poll” and is conducted in all statewide elections. He was previously a pollster for several prominent Democratic leaders.

Thanks to our partners at ShiftSC for their collaboration in this event.
