  • Why does diversity of thought and background matter for your bottom line? How do individuals of diverse backgrounds contribute to the success of your organization?
  • How do you go about promoting diversity among boards and management of your organization? What can you do to expand the pool of qualified candidates?
  • What are some programs that can facilitate diversity on boards and what successes have we learned from them?
  • How do some investors view diversity on boards or management as part of their investment in your company?
