This session will feature a panel of consultants from across CRA’s practice areas and offices, along with CRA’s Chief Inclusion and Engagement Officer and members of its Human Capital and Talent Acquisitions teams—many of whom have experienced firsthand the challenges of being an underrepresented minority candidate in a traditionally white- and male-dominated field. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions that can help them in their own career journey.

Topics will include:

An overview of CRA’s history, work environment and culture; Diversity, equity and inclusion programs and initiatives at CRA; Stories and anecdotes from current CRA team members; Tips for resume-writing, interviewing and case-study prep for a career in consulting. Conducted by CRA, an international consulting firm with 22 offices around the globe, this session is open to all.

RSVP via the Events tab and selecting Workshops in connectSC to attend and receive webinar details.

This program is open to all eligible individuals. USC operates all of its programs and activities consistent with the university’s Notice of Non-Discrimination. Eligibility is not determined based on race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation or any other prohibited factor.
