The history of the United States includes genocide, slavery and centuries of oppression for Black, Indigenous, People of Color groups (BIPOC). This workshop will discuss how the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights would satisfy the goals of DEI and advance democracy by promoting group rights.
