This virtual workshop offered by the Office of International Services and Counseling and Mental Health, will help international students understand sources of stress during COVID-19 and learn practical ways to manage challenges. You will learn about ways to tolerate uncertainty, enhance self-care, and find balance in life. Join us on the first Thursday of every month from 6:00-7:30pm (PST) on Zoom.
