About this Event
To engage on a deeper level with members of the USC community on important issues related to our values and culture, each Report-Back Session will be followed by two Discussion Sessions. In these sessions led by USC Culture Team staff, we will facilitate discussion of key findings from the survey and, in turn, collaborate with participants to identify priorities for culture- and values-centered action planning at USC.
Upcoming Fall Discussion Session:
Sept 17, 2024 | 12pm - 1:15pm | Registration for this session.

Please note:
These virtual Discussion Sessions provide opportunities for staff, faculty, and students to contribute to building action plans to help USC improve its culture and live out its Unifying Values.
Each Discussion Session will be a 75-minute Zoom meeting with a capacity of 100 participants per session. The first 100 people to register will receive a link to join the session.
Each Discussion Session will focus on three Unifying Values, looking at survey data pertaining to those values and engaging in an interactive, facilitated discussion about behaviors and practices that we should STOP, START, or CONTINUE in order to achieve our desired culture at USC.
Your active participation is highly encouraged for the full 90 minutes of these sessions. If you are unable to allocate time to join during the entire Discussion Session for the date you are registering for, please remove your registration to allow others to be able to attend the session.
Please use your USC email address while registering for all sessions.
Creating spaces that support open communication and psychological safety are important components of the Discussion Session experience. Therefore, these sessions will not be recorded.
Should you require additional accommodations, please reach out to us at least seven days prior to each event, and we will make every effort to be responsive to requests
