The California Right Meds Collaborative (CRMC) is a sustainable and scalable value-based
medication therapy optimization partnership between the Los Angeles County Department of
Public Health, CDC, California Pharmacists Association, health plans (L.A. Care Health Plan,
Inland Empire Health Plan, Blue Shield of California, Healthcare In Action), and
a curated network of pharmacies that are driving improvement in chronic disease control
within local communities. Our annual Spring 2023 Learning Session accelerates the results patients and their families, healthcare payers, physicians, and health systems seek by providing pharmacists updates on treatment guidelines, evidence, and best practices for delivering high-impact Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM).
