Panelists will discuss how the ongoing crises of deportation and return have exacerbated social inequities in Latin America, Canada, and the United States. Panel includes: Professor Juan De Lara, Professor of American Studies and Ethnicity and Director of USC Center for Latinx & Latin American Studies, as moderator; Pablo Alvarado, National Day Laborer Organizing Network (NDLON); Gioconda Herrera Mosquera, FLASCO; and Amparo Marroquín Parducci, Cañas Central American University. Organized by USC Center for Latinx & Latin American Studies, USC Equity Research Institute, and NDLON.
