At Michigan Education Corps our members are supported by two coaches - one at the school and one from MEC. Both coaches will regularly observe members with students and provide them with corrective feedback on how they deliver intervention. This panel discussion will feature one of MEC's coaching specialists, instructional coach, and team member. Discover the importance of constructive feedback from all sides, and hear real-life experiences from our team. You will learn about the tools and techniques we use to track progress and measure the impact of feedback on performance and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have!
