Dean French will discuss how to approach academic conflict thoughtfully, maintain constructive communication, and implement these strategies for your professional growth. You will gain insights on how mastering these skills can help you navigate complex academic relationships and establish a collaborative environment in your scholarly work. Understanding how to approach and resolve conflicts thoughtfully is essential not only for maintaining professional integrity but also for advancing in academia and beyond.
