Join us for a coffee talk with James Ingram, the Director of Constituent Services for Council District 8 in the Office of Council President Marqueece Harris-Dawson. In this role, he works closely with community members to address local concerns and strengthen civic engagement across Los Angeles.
Before his work in local government, James attended the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where he studied Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and is a graduate of the University of Southern California, earning a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Organizational Leadership and Management.
Prior to USC, James attended Los Angeles City College, where he served as Visual Coordinator for the college’s social media platforms, President of the Associated Student Government, and Captain of the Speech Team.
