Professor Susan Bibler Coutin with UC Irvine School of Social Ecology and a CLHC Visiting Faculty Fellow this year will be presenting a paper entitled, "Deferred Action and the Discretionary State:  Migration, Precarity and Resistance" on Wednesday, September 13, 2017.  The workshop will take place at 12:00 in the Gould School of Law Room 118/120.  Lunch will be served at 11:50 a.m.
