 ing Solidarity: Weaving Struggles for Justice brings together artists\, or
 ganizers\, and movement leaders to explore what solidarity looks like in a
  moment of crisis for democracy. Centered on the connections between labor
 \, racial justice\, Indigenous sovereignty\, and environmental justice\, t
 he event creates space for reflection\, dialogue\, and collective joy.\n\n
 Featuring Dallas Goldtooth (Dakota/Diné) writer\, actor\, playwright\, fi
 lm producer\, poet\, comedian & Environmental Justice leader alongside a p
 anel including Pablo Alvarado\, Co-Executive Director of the National Day 
 Laborer Organizing Network\; Ash-Lee Woodard Henderson\, Movement Strategi
 st and Former Co-Director of the Highlander Research & Education Center\; 
 and Darryl Molina Sarmiento\, Executive Director of Communities for a Bett
 er Environment\, the conversation will be moderated by Manuel Pastor\, Dir
 ector of the Equity Research Institute at the University of Southern Calif
 ornia. Together\, they will reflect on the challenges and possibilities of
  movement-building today.\n\n \n\nThe night will also include music from L
 os Jornaleros del Norte\, whose work reflects the power of culture in sust
 aining struggle and community.\n\n \n\nJoin us for an evening that offers 
 a bit of levity\, a bit of sanity\, and a shared commitment to joy and jus
 tice in challenging times.\n\n \n\nIn partnership with The Urban & Environ
 mental Policy Institute at Occidental College\, and Tishman Environment an
 d Design Center\, The New School.
