About this Event
Join us on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at our eighth Virtual Career Expo, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. The Expo features opportunities across many CBP programs – both law enforcement and mission support – for entry-level as well as experienced professionals. Recruiters will be available to chat with potential candidates and will host several live group presentations. We’ll also have professional staff available to answer questions about the CBP hiring process.
If you’re seeking a career that’s both challenging and meaningful, has growth opportunity and offers a mission and purpose you can be proud of, you’re in the right place. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) serves our nation in hundreds of locations across the country and around the world safeguarding America's borders and protecting us from dangerous people and materials while facilitating legitimate trade and travel.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Our Virtual Career Expo is an informational recruitment event; no interviews will be held, nor job offers made. Attend the live broadcasts on June 18 to hear our team share insights about life at CBP, their duties and their experiences. Then take your questions to our recruiters via live chat in job-specific booths for even more information about the job and what it takes to qualify.
REGISTER BY JUNE 12: The event lobby will open on June 13, but you must be fully registered to gain access. Browse videos, booth content, application links, FAQs, and other resources.
Federal hiring regulations apply to all CBP positions. At minimum, U.S. Citizenship is required. Comprehensive information for specific positions is available HERE.

CBP proudly supports the 30x30 Women in Law Enforcement effort as part of a larger framework for our agency to address obstacles and improve the recruitment, retention, representation, and work-life experiences of our female officers and agents.
