On February 8, 2022 from 12:00 pm - 1:00pm PST, USC's Center for the Changing Family and the Los Angeles Public Library are excited to present a panel discussion featuring three authors discussing the complexities of caregiving.
Join a conversation moderated by Darby Saxbe, PhD, Co-Director of the Center for the Changing Family, with Kate Washington, author of Already Toast: Caregiving and Burnout In America and a speaker on the systemic challenges facing family caregivers; Deborah J. Cohan, Professor of Sociology, and author of Welcome to Wherever We Are: A Memoir of Family, Caregiving, and Redemption; and Chris Gabbard, Professor of English, and author of A Life Beyond Reason: A Disabled Boy and His Father’s Enlightenment.
