The intersectionality as a Woman of Color creates a set of new experiences that may affect how we choose to navigate the workspaces and conversations we have with the people around us. In this workshop, we'll be discussing the importance of company culture, how to own your voice in corporate spaces and facilitate a culture of care, and we'll get to hear from a panel of WOC Trojan Alum and their first-hand experiences!
