Gender in the Workplace - Dialoguing Toward Work Parity is for women AND men anxious to discuss gender inequities, differences in salary negotiation styles and outcomes between men and women, and abuse of power. Given current events in the media, government and even within our Trojan Family, we believe it is critical to create a space where this conversation can happen.
