Participants will better understand physical anxiety response, and benefits of anxiety; and delve into understanding the biological process and the role of thoughts in panic attacks. Coping strategies, a mindfulness exercise, and a deep breathing exercise are incorporated. This is a workshop and not psychotherapy. Register on MySHR at usc.edu/myshr to get the Zoom link.
