About this Event
USC Physical Therapy faculty will discuss how to develop mindful awareness around common sites of tension holding in the body due to burnout. They will provide educational demonstrations of exercises, tools, and DIY techniques to release tension, and provide management and relief. Facilitated by Eileen V. Johnson, PT, DPT, WCS
