About this Event
What you’ll learn:
•Explore the importance of building a shared language and visionwithin research teams
•Examine how unacknowledged differences impact teams. and learn tools to leverage diversity as a team asset
•Learn how to practice team reflexivity and perspective-taking that can strengthen team communication and interactions.
Faculty, staff, trainees, and students are all welcome to attend. The workshop is designed to be useful to all team members.
