Come practice Buddhist meditation and build community with us! We’ll be practicing buddhist mediation methods from Theravada/Vipassana, the Zen, and Tibetan Vajrayana traditions, as well as exploring Buddhist philosophy, poetry, and art, and celebrating Buddhist holidays.
