Come practice Buddhist meditation and build community with us! We’ll be practicing buddhist mediation methods from Theravada/Vipassana, the Zen, and Tibetan Vajrayana traditions, as well as exploring Buddhist philosophy, poetry, and art, and celebrating Buddhist holidays. Newcomers and beginners welcome. Group leader, Mark Miller, coordinator of Mindful.USC.edu.

This program is open to all eligible individuals. USC operates all of its programs and activities consistent with the university’s Notice of Non-Discrimination. Eligibility is not determined based on race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation or any other prohibited factor.
