USC strives to create an inclusive, accessible campus climate that values the significant contributions of students, faculty, and staff who have mobility impairments.
In order to better understand how the campus is utilized by members of the Trojan Family with diverse mobility needs, the Executive Director, ADA/504 Coordinator invites members of the community with mobility impairments, particularly those who use wheelchairs and have vision impairments, to a brown bag Accessibility Open Forum.
The event will be held on Tuesday, January 30th at 12:00 pm in the TCC Alumni Association Board Room (301).
In addition to the ADA/504 Coordinator, other key campus leaders, whose work involves physical space usage, maintenance, and construction, will attend.
The goal of the event is to solicit feedback on how individual members of the campus community use accessibility features and identify areas where individuals might encounter barriers.
A discussion that comes from a range of perspectives is sought; however, individuals who cannot attend but wish to pass along information can email the ADA/504 Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
