The Center for the Political Future is partnering with Listen First Project and Unruh Associates for this month’s Listen In Session.

Learn how to turn the tide of rising rancor and deepening division by starting new conversations that bridge divides—from 'us vs. them' toward 'me and you.'

This session will address how to listen in a divided and polarized society, how to maintain civility, how to listen without being judgmental, and how to develop a culture of listening when we listen to ideas and views that we disagree with.

Preparing students to become effective citizens is integral to the mission of The Center for the Political Future. The Center launched the "CPF Action Plan for Greater Diversity, Inclusivity, and the Respectful Exchange of Ideas" last year, which includes hosting Listen In Sessions to engage with students.
