Over four days on USC’s campus, superintendents and their leadership teams will meet with world-recognized education researchers, learn from accomplished PK-12 superintendents, explore case studies on advancing equity, and develop a student-focused engagement plan for their district that is designed to improve student outcomes. 

Your team will be guided by expert superindent facilitators to examine global trends rooted in student-led economic, social, and political empowerment.  During the institute, in addition to world class presentations, your team will have dedicated time to work together on learning outcomes that are meaningful to your school system.

You will leave the Breakthrough Leadership Institute critically conscious leadership teams with the resolve and preparation to implement an Engagement Plan that addresses entrenched inequities affecting self-determined learning opportunities for students.
