About this Event
Practice groups are drop-in (no registration) weekly group meetings for faculty, staff, students, alumni. You can drop in for all or part of each session. Typically, a brief introduction to basic mindfulness practice starts each session.
This program is open to all eligible individuals. USC operates all of its programs and activities consistent with the university’s Notice of Non-Discrimination. Eligibility is not determined based on race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation or any other prohibited factor.
