These seminars demystify the entrepreneurial process by illuminating how new biotech ventures launch, survive, and thrive. Participants will learn about biotechnology commercialization, grow their professional network, and explore entrepreneurial opportunities in Los Angeles.
#4 Bio-Entrepreneurship Seminar Series - Therapeutic Drug Development and Regulatory Approval

This event will feature Frances Richmond, PhD, Director of International Center for Regulatory Science, USC. She began the regulatory science program in 1999 and has Richmond has forged valuable partnerships with pharmaceutical and medical device company executives who advise her, help develop courses and even teach. She will highlight business, legal, ethical, and marketing complexities of product development and distribution in the biotech industry.
