RSVP will be tabling at the USG Wellness Fair with two activities aimed to encorage students to think about how they want to be loved and what they love about themselves. In the first activity, students can choose a “love language” button that best alligns with how they want to be loved. Second activity will be the “Love Letter Tree” where students can write a love letter to themselves. Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes. Understanding how you wish to be loved as well as loving yourself is part of maining a healthy relationship with yourself and others.
