Bain & Company is excited to kick off the 13th annual Building Entrepreneurial Leaders (BEL) program. The BEL program is focused on giving top undergraduate sophomore (2nd year) students of Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx and American Indian descent the opportunity to strengthen their business and leadership skill set while gaining exposure to Bain & Company, one of the world’s top tier strategy consulting firms.

The BEL application will be available from January 11th to February 28th.
