If you are a USC student, staff, faulty, alumni who has cancer or a history of cancer, and that you are between the ages of 18 and 39,  please join us on November 5 at Saute Culinary Academy for an interative Mediterranean healthy cooking workshop.

We are able to provide this special cooking workshop to young adult cancer patients and survivors to create a supportive community, learn cooking skills and nutrition information, share recipes and most importantly HAVE SOME FUN TOGETHER! 

If you are not able to make it in person, you can still share with us what your favorite recipes are, what food or drinks have helped you during and after cancer treatment. Two $25 amazon gift cards will be raffled out for AYAs who submit their entries. Please send to shuli@usc.edu by November 4, 2022. 

Chef Alex graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with an AOS degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Chef Alex has over 25 years of hospitality and culinary experience. Having worked at some of LA's finest establishments, Chef Alex has found a home as the owner and Lead Instructor at Saute Culinary Academy, teaching recreational as well as professional classes to the masses.
