Annotated bibliographies are lists of cited sources that include a brief summary. They allow you to explore how different types of sources contribute to the scholarly conversation and understanding of a research problem. They help to strengthen your analytical and evaluative skills. After this online workshop, you will be able to:

  • Define annotated bibliography

  • Identify types of annotations

  • Develop strategies to critically evaluate reference sources and their relevance for your research

  • Use the APA citation style (or another citation style) to effectively format your annotated bibliography

This workshop will be conducted via Zoom and recorded. After registration, you will receive the link to attend. You will receive a reminder 3 hours before the workshop.

Cancellation policy: The workshop may be canceled due to low enrollment on the day of the planned event.  Slides and any previous recordings will be shared via email with anyone registered for the event.
