A leadership curriculum for Latinx practitioners will be presented. The training is based on Araque and Weiss’ Leadership with Impact: Preparing Health and Human Service Practitioners in the Age of Innovation and Diversity (2019).  Objectives include engaging in dialogue regarding diverse, equitable, inclusive and antiracist leadership practices.

Lead presenter: Eugenia Weiss, Clinical Professor of Social Work, USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work.
