About this Event
Dear Trojans,
We are excited to announce the Agents of Change: Civil Rights Advocacy Initiative, a new program from the Dornsife College established to address the most pressing civil rights issues of our time. Applications are being taken -- NOW.
INFO SESSION will take place via Zoom from 6 pm to 7 pm PST on Oct. 20th (Tue).
Agents of Change students work on the front lines of cutting-edge civil rights efforts with OUR PARTNERS -- activist groups like Black Lives Matter of Los Angeles, legal organizations like the ACLU of Southern California, and government agencies like the LA Office of Civil and Human Rights. The program is a two-year commitment, and students have an opportunity participate in three facets of social change: community activism, legal advocacy, and government policy. Students receive training from the University and a $1000 monthly stipend to support their work while they are in the program.
