Abbas Amanat - "Kings and Clerics in Modern Iranian History"

Our 2020-2021 Iranian Studies Initiative Distinguished Lecturer will be Dr. Abbas Amanat (Director, Yale Program in Iranian Studies and William Graham Sumner Professor of History, Yale University). Dr. Amanat will give a public lecture on Saturday, March 13th from 2:00-3:30pm PST via Zoom. His lecture is entitled "Kings and Clerics in Modern Iranian History."
