Engage in open dialogue and learn about a Trojan Book’s unique story.
Our books include:
"Ramadan on Our Own: Recreating Culture in My LA Kitchen" by Shreen Khan
A story about cooking, Indian food, Muslim tradition and identity.
"Wow, This is Actually Really Good" by Neel Iyer
A story about identity and acceptance.
"Food for Thought and Healing: Cooking to Taste my Heritage" by Brandon Lim
A story about mental health, identity development and expression, intergenerational triumph.
"Boiled Chicken for the Soul: A Hmong Legacy" by Matthew Vang
A story about a Southeast Asian and Hmong immigrant/refugee, queer and trans person of color.
There will be various check out times. Please see the link for more information and to check out a book.
