During two events — one at HSC (Feb 12 / 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.) and one at UPC (March 4 / 5:00-7:00 p.m.)— staff and students are invited to take a break from their daily routines to join us for movement, resources, and learning. Students and staff can also RSVP for a chance to receive a free e-copy of the titular book (USC email required; first 50 registrants). Learn more about the event here.
