16 years after 9/11, "The State and Art of Digital Diplomacy" will focus on new methods the U.S. must embrace to communicate effectively in a changing environment. Moderated by Shawn Powers, Executive Director of the U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy, the panel will include:
