4-Part Reclaiming Our Breath Meditation Series

In solidarity with Black Lives Matter and in light of ongoing injustices toward BIPOC, this new meditation series will focus on awareness of self and how one relates to movements for justice.  Participants will learn to operate from a mindfulness point of view while acting in alignment with their values.
